• Technical data: basic information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which our hosting provider and Stripe log automatically for security and fraud prevention.

• To process payments and confirm your booking.
• To connect you with the marketer you hired and share the project details needed to start work.
• To send receipts, booking confirmations, and service-related messages.
• To prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

• The marketer you hire, who receives your project details so they can deliver the work.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, typically up to seven years. After that, we delete or anonymize them.

Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider, so your full card details never touch our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
